He is shown to be very loyal to Ash but also very fearful as he is fully aware of what Ash is capable of and has been on the receiving end of his anger once which explains the current condition of his teeth.
Ash Lynx: He is a part of Ash's gang and joins in the rescue of him as well as follows his orders.He also seems to like to joke around with Alex and is even seen being excited to see him again. Alex: He and Alex are a part of Ash's gang.He joins Shorter in the rescue attempt of Ash when he is lured into a trap by Arthur by pursuing Marvin. He then leaves with Alex, Kong ,and Ash with other members.
